Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order’s delivery date.
  • Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. 
  • No refunds for shipping costs; unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
  • Pack your item(s) in the original shipping poly mailer, if possible, and make sure your package is insured for the full value of merchandise. Return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
  • All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • In the case of defective or damaged merchandise, items are eligible for a full refund, including cost of return shipping.
  • Your credit card will be refunded upon us receiving your returned item(s). It may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
  • For all returns, we will deduct original shipping charges from refunds/credits issued.
